Aidan Tiernan
Following a move up north some 25 years ago, Aidan joined Mark in the estate agency business as a valued part of the mortgage team and then again followed Mark to help create and build a bridging finance lender where they both enjoyed great success.
Aidan's infatuation with property dealing and his ability to understand and drive property deals saw the day to day involvement with Mark slow down although the two have worked together on many projects since in their respective capacities.
Aidan’s monetary investment in many successful projects was the inspiration for Starmount Capital.
His reputation has opened up a multitude of tremendous opportunities for investors to follow his lead and together with Marks ability to source funding to support the opportunities, the future looks very bright for Starmount Capital and their investors and partners.
Mark McBriar
Mark has operated in the property finance market for 35 years.
Initially in the residential mortgage arena, as a partner in a National award winning estate agency business to later acting as founder and Managing Director of an independent Bridging finance lender. Currently being the founder and now a key member of the management team of the multi award winning brokerage - Adapt Finance.
Throughout his career Mark has enjoyed great success in providing tailor made financial solutions directly to clients on a varied portfolio of projects, from standard property acquisitions and refurbishments all the way through to multi million pound developments.
Mark prides himself on client care and is very proud to boast that clients become friends, which is testament for many of his long term clients.
